Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.

• Please return all merchandise with a brief note and return authorization number.
• Never a restocking fee.
• All exchanges/ returns must be made within 30 days from date of order.
• All approved returns received after that date are subject to an in-house credit.
  
  NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON USED MERCHANDISE.
• Any used merchandise shipped to Charm City Run will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
• All exchanges and rejections will incur a reshipping fee
• All returns on new merchandise must be returned in the original manufacturers carton and ALL associated accessories, instructions and warranty information must be included in order to receive a refund/credit.
• Exchanges/Returns may be brought in person to Charm City Run.
• All returned packages must be wrapped properly. ALL UNWRAPPED PACKAGES WILL BE REFUSED.
• Please do not adhere shipping labels and tape directly to the manufacturers package.
• Manufacturer boxes can be wrapped in a trash bag or paper bag if no box is available.
